Minor Change in Supplied URL format
When creating new links, the URL doesn't need to have a http:// component anymore. Makes life a little bit simpler.

Squidoo Lens on Readable URLs
I created a Readable URLs - All You Need To Know Squidoo Lens. It should bring a bit more exposure to ReadLink.Info and drive the uptake and proliferation of readable urls throughout the web. Yay!

API enhancement and new Toolbar button
ReadLink toolbar button has been improved to submit the document title as well as the URL. This speeds up the generation of readlinks as we do not do server lookups. Side effects of this are that you can create a link that is more readable than the title of the document (or has nothing to do with doc title at all :).
This means that the API has been expanded to accept the title parameter. This parameter is optional. If no title is supplied, our servers will look it up for you.
Go to ReadLink.Info to grab your new button.

Beta ReadLink is live
ReadLink.Info is now live. It requires some work to bring it to perfection. Over the next few days it will greatly improve. We still need a logo, url rewrites, a more elaborate api, better error checking and URL composition, a bit of configurability and a few other bits and pieces.
